Las TIC como factor vinculante innovador de desarrollo nacional y organizacional en Venezuela

The main purpose of the present paper, is to describe the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as innovative link for the national and organizational development in Venezuela, for which, it begins by describing the principles that define it, as well as the connotations and employment of the terms used by some authors as Schumpeter (2012), Petit (2012), Penaloza (2007), Sancho (2006), among others. This study, concludes that the strengthening link communication provided by ICT among the main actors of the research, production, organizational and social activity, result in sectorial, business and national benefits, that promote a better life level, in addition ICT, achieve internal and external promotional elements for products, goods or services publicity, arising from such relationships.
