Случай клинического наблюдения за пациентом с некомпактным миокардом левого желудочка

2015
Left ventricular non-compaction (LVNC) is a rare genetic disease of the heart muscle. Making the correct diagnosis of LVNC is important because of the possible complications which are heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias and embolic events and the need for long-term management and screening of living relatives. We also describe a 56-year-old male patient with left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) who was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (MI) and pulmonary embolism. There were provided a series of diagnostic methods for the verification of the syndrome.
