SYNTHESIS, CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF NEW HETEROCYCLIC SYSTEMS CONTAINING OXAZOLIDINONE AND 1,4- BENZOTHIAZINE MOITIES

Novel 1,4-benzothiazine derivatives containing oxazolidinone moiety were synthesized. .Starting from 2-(substituted)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3-one, a number of 1,4-benzothiazine derivatives were synthesized using bis (2-chloroethyl) amine agent to give 4-(substituted)-2- (substituted)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3-ones in good yields. The crystal and molecular structures were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analyses and chemical reactions.
