Laryngeal Lipoma - A Case Report

Fewer than 100 cases of laryngeal lipomas were reported. Typical clinical manifestations are dysphagia, dyspnea and hoarseness. We visualize endoscopically a mass, that can be pedunculated or not, with a low attenuation on computed tomography.
