Light conducting plate and backlight module employing the same

The invention relates to a light guide plate and a backlight module using the light guide plate; wherein, the backlight module comprises a light source and a light guide plate; the light source is used for providing light for the backlight module; the light guide plate is provided with a light induction surface, a light exit surface and a plurality of first circular arc podetiums, and the light induction surface is intercrossed substantively with the light exit surface. The first circular arc podetiums are in radial arrangement on the light induction surface and each one is provided with two first lateral surfaces and a first arc surface; the first lateral surfaces are substantively parallel to the light exit surface and the first arc surface is a rough surface. The light guide plate and a backlight module using the light guide plate improve the phenomenon of bright and dark band periodical distribution caused by lacking of uniformity of mixed lights of the light source through the microstructure on the rough surface.
