Development and Application of Integrated Water Purification Equipment with Spiral Lamella

The technological process of a new integrated water purification equipment with spiral lamella is introduced,and the innovative part,namely the spiral lamella is analyzed.Space utilization of the spiral lamella design shape is 100%,thereby increasing sedimentation efficiency,reducing the occupied area and saving investment cost.The results of full-scale experimental operation show that the integrated water purification equipment with spiral lamella has significant advantages of good flocculation effects,strong shock resistance,high treatment efficiencies and stable operation.Under the condition of flow rate 240 m3/d,when turbidity,CODMn and UV254 in the influent are 40.7 to 203 NTU,0.98 to 2.98 mg/L and 0.018 to 0.064 cm-1 respectively,their respective effluent values are 0.32 to 1.46 NTU,0.72 to 1.48 mg/L and 0.011 to 0.039 cm-1,meeting the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).
