IS: Not exactly the 10th anniversary, but close enough

There has been a lot of puzzled debate and equally puzzling explanations regarding the following question: Will the International Showcase at the upcoming 2004 Annual Meeting in Denver be its 10th anniversary? Well, let's see … the first IS was at the 1995 Annual Meeting in Houston. So, counting on our fingers, … the 2004 showcase is the 10th! Oh, but cooler heads realized that the official, unarguable anniversary will be in 2005.
