Analysis of Changes of Water Environment in Fen River Basin from the Disappearance of Wen Lake

Shanxi is one of the places in which human civilization has been originated.With great changes of times,the natural environment in Shanxi has experienced dramatic changes.Based on the previous studies of predecessors,the paper is to investigate the real condition and gradual changes of Wen Lake,which is located in the middle part of Fen River basin,by employing the bibliographies,such as Water Jingzhu,Sample Chart of County Seat of Yuanhe,Summary of Reading History,and combining with on-the-pot investigation.Besides,the paper tends to make a historical analysis of reasons for changes of the water environment of Fen River basin.
