SARS-CoV-2 is highly infectious and poses a serious threat to human health In addition to typical respiratory manifestations, some patients have neurological symptoms or other cerebrovascular disease risk factors, which may easily lead to stroke and endanger life During the outbreak of Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the relevant diagnosis and treatment process strategies were formulated for general outpatient department of neurology, emergency department of neurology/green channel of stroke, intervention operation of suspected/confirmed patients, and management of neurological ward, so as to provide guidance for rapid screening and treatment of stroke patients, and avoid the occurrence of nosocomial infection
