The invention discloses a disk pelletizer and operating procedure, which is characterized by the following: comprising a socket, a pelleting plate with perimeter, a scraper device and a propulsion unit to drive the pelleting plate to rotary move; assembling a pelleting plate seat on the socket; arranging a rotating support in the pelleting plate seat; fixed-connecting the pelleting plate and the rotating support; rotary-connecting the propulsion unit with input axis of reducer; penetrating the end part of output axis through the pelleting plate seat; fixed-equipping pinion; gearing the pinionand drive gear of rotating support inner ring; making the operating procedure as pelleting plate rotating part operation and scraper device dubbing part operation; bringing the pinion to rotate through gearbox with propulsion unit; bringing the inner ring of the rotating support to run with the pinion; making the pelleting plate run; following inner ring of the rotating support.
