A transcranial attachment to deep brain stimulation lead

Transcranial fastening device for deep brain stimulation lead comprising: a main part (11) intended to be secured within an opening (100) formed in the skull of a patient (1); and at least one first fastening part (12) housed within said main part; said or each fastener comprising at least one axial bore adapted to permit passage of one or more probes of deep brain stimulation (14); or said at least one fastener being arranged so as to pass from a first position, in which it allows an axial sliding of the probes or in the respective bores or to a second position in which it encloses the or the probes or in the respective bores, preventing such sliding.
