According to the invention, an input color temperature signal is matched with a color temperature template and a current signal corresponding to the color temperature template matched with the input color temperature signal is extracted; and a light emitting unit is controlled to emit light by the current signal. According to the invention, the color temperature template is established by a corresponding relation calculation formula of a current and a color temperature and a parameter range in the color temperature template can be set by the color temperature template according to the actual requirements, so that a selection range of the color temperature is expanded; the color temperature signal and the color temperature template are matched, the intermediate calculating process is omitted and the time of regulating the color temperature is shortened; by controlling values of currents flowing through a blue light chip and a green light chip, red phosphor is excited, so that an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lamp emits light with different color temperatures; and the accuracy of regulating the color temperature and the user experience are improved.
