The invention relates to an energy-increased elastic sealing valve structure and a double-eccentric butterfly valve applying the same. The energy-increased elastic sealing valve structure comprises a valve seat assembly and a press ring, wherein the valve seat assembly comprises a V-shaped spring, a non-metal elastic sealing ring, a metal sealing ring and a valve seat. The metal sealing ring is arranged on the inner side of the valve seat, the metal sealing ring is a circular-ring-shaped, and the inner edge and the outer edge of the metal sealing ring are respectively provided with an inner peripheral C-shaped ring and an outer peripheral C-shaped ring. An outer ring groove and an inner ring groove which are concentric are arranged on the inner end face of the valve seat, and an annular step is arranged between the outer ring groove and the inner ring groove. The inner peripheral C-shaped ring and the outer peripheral C-shaped ring of the metal sealing ring are respectively arranged in the inner ring groove and the outer ring groove of the inner end face of the valve seat, and the middle plane of the metal sealing ring strides on the annular step and is kept suspended. The non-metal elastic sealing ring is arranged on the outer side of the valve seat and is pressed and positioned through the press ring. The energy-increased elastic sealing valve structure has a certain-degree automatic compensation function to an abraded sealing face, can achieve effective sealing and has a fireproof function.
