Choice of surgical strategies in the treatment of multiple postnecrotic pancreatic pseudocysts

The results of treatment of patients with multiple pancreatic pseudocysts are presented. The surgical tactics choice, depending on size, localization of pseudocysts, the state of their wall and connection with pancreatic duct, was substantiated.
