Gutta-percha refining system

The invention relates to a gutta-percha refining system, which consists of a continuous dissolution device, a continuous filtering device, a continuous coagulation device and a drying device that are arranged in order. The continuous dissolution device comprises a stirring mechanism equipped premixing kettle and a dissolution kettle. The premixing kettle and the dissolution kettle are connected in series, a feed pump is disposed between the two, and the upper part of the premixing kettle is provided with a material conveyor. The continuous filtering device comprises a horizontally installed filter cylinder, the inside of which is provided with a screw propeller. A filtrate receiving tank is disposed below the filter cylinder. The continuous coagulation device includes a coagulation kettle connected to the filtrate receiving tank. The lower part of the coagulation kettle is provided with a coagulant inlet, the top is provided with a mixed gas outlet, which is connected to condenser and an oil-water separator in order. The oil outlet of the oil-water separator is in connection with the premixing kettle. With a reasonable structure, the gutta-percha refining system provided in the invention ensures continuous production, and has substantially improved automation degree and productivity.
