PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PDAM TIRTA OGAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

ABSTRACT THE Effect Of Transformational Leadership On Employee Performance At PDAM Tirta Ogan, Ogan Ilir Regency By: Rosada This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Ogan, Ogan Ilir Regency. The population in this study were all employees in PDAM Tirta Ogan, Ogan Ilir Regency, totaling 101 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires and document studies. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Ogan employees, Ogan Ilir Regency.
