The present invention relates to: a novel cyclopropane carboxylic acid amide compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof; a herbicidal composition which contains the compound or a salt of the compound; a weeding method which comprises a step for applying the herbicidal composition; and a method for producing the compound.
