Partial-wave analysis of the reactionπ − p →π + π − π 0 n at $$p_{\pi ^ - } = 36 GeV/c$$: Study ofa 2(1320) andω 3(1670) mesons

Masses and widths ofa 2(1320) andω 3(1670) mesons are measured, as well as differential cross-sectionsdσ/dt in thea 2 andω 3 regions. It is shown that the relative phase between 2+ and 3− is consistent with the two-resonance description. The estimated limits for theπ 0(1300),π 2(1670),ω 1(1420) andω 1(1600) cross sections are also presented.
