The screw-in wall-post-grouting precast pile device comprises a plurality of screw-in wall-post-grouting precast screw piles which are respectively buried in pile holes; a vertical heat exchanger is embedded in each screw pile; the inlet ends and outlet ends of all vertical heat exchangers respectively extend out of upper-end openings of the screw piles and are respectively connected with a horizontal liquid inlet header and a horizontal liquid outlet header which are located in a bearing platform or cushion layer; centering brackets are arranged on each vertical heat exchanger at intervals of 1-3 m along the length direction; and each screw-in wall-post-grouting precast screw pile comprises a hollow pile core, a conical pile head is arranged at the bottom of the pile core, helical blades are arranged at the lower part, which is of 1-3 m, of the external wall of the pile core, and a post-grouting reinforcing layer is cast between the middle-upper part of the external wall of the pile core and the wall of one pile hole. According to the utility model, the screw-in wall-post-grouting precast pile device comprises the screw-in wall-post-grouting precast screw piles, the vertical heat exchangers are embedded in all screw piles, and the pile foundation construction and the ground-source heat pump construction are integrated, so that procedures of hole drilling and pipe burying on the ground surface for a ground-source heat pump system are avoided, the earlier-stage investment cost is greatly reduced, and the floor space is saved; and the post-grouting reinforcing layers are cast between the middle-upper parts of the external walls of the pile cores and the walls of the pile holes, so that the heat conducting area is increased, the heat conducting performance is improved, and meanwhile, the bearing capacity of pile bodies is increased.
