Evaluating costs and benefits of distributed learning
1997
Distributed learning may decrease cost per learner in relation to small campus-based engineering education courses. This paper presents design and evaluation strategies for distributed learning, together with an evaluation of the results for existing programs. It further describes means to evaluate the costs and benefits for both the provider and the customer.
