ANALISIS STRUKTURAL FUNGSIONAL DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA (STUDI DI DESA PIPA PUTIH KEC. PEMULUTAN)

This research examines the functional structural analysis in village development (study in Pipa Putih Village, Pemulutan District). This study aims to determine hoe the function of the village government structure under construction in the village of Pipa Putih. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses analytical tools, namely from the Talcot Parsons theory. The results of this research show that to build a village every village government structure must carry out its duties and functions properly in accordance with their respective main duties and functions. The village government carries out its duties as the driving force of the village government. The BPD as a partner of the village government to assist and supervise the performance of village administration as well as the participation of community elements which are very useful in the physical development of village infrastructure, each element carrying out its duties according to its function and position in the community.
