The fine aggregate for self-healing concrete using the STS electric furnace reduced slag of the present invention is characterized in that when the STS electric furnace reduced slag is used as a substitute for cement, the STS electric furnace reduced slag has a spherical particle shape It is made of fine aggregate for self-healing concrete. It can be used for self-healing of cracks in the air (state of air) by reacting with carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) in the air by breaking the fine aggregate at the time of cracking without affecting the strength development.
