Some Issues on Rural Public Crisis Management

In recent years,domestic and international public crisis happen frequently,and bring great harm,so the public crisis management studies become a hot academic topic.But the public crisis management studies in China show the non-equilibrium situation of "focusing on the urban,ignoring the rural".China's rural public crisis management studies begin from the 21st century,so the relevant research results are still very few.With the emerging of global risk situations,strengthening studies on rural public crisis management is becoming very urgent.In this paper,the author puts out that several key issues about the rural public crisis management process and study method and on this basis he proposes a new theoretic analysis framework on the studies for rural public crisis management.
