The invention discloses a multimedia lectern displayer panel rotary pin shaft buckle which comprises a buckle seat. A groove is formed in the middle of the buckle seat, two sides of the groove extends upward to form two clamping arms which are provided with openings, and corresponding screw holes are formed in the two clamping arms. After the buckle is installed on a displayer assembly, the displayer assembly can be fixed when the buckle is clamped into a rotary shaft which is arranged on a displayer screen on the table surface of a multimedia lectern, and one screw is enabled to screw the clamping arms tightly, thus convenient and rapid installation can be achieved.
