AN EMBEDDED IMAGE PROCESSING PLATFORM FOR DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM ALGORITHM DEVELOPMENT

This paper describes an embedded image processing platform which allows the design, development and partitioning of algorithms prior to production-intent design. The design concept, interface board processing boards, and mechanical design are described. Example applications are discussed as well as the benefits of the proposed system.
