Mining Car Transverse Rod Optimization Design

Aiming at one kind of mining car transverse rod fracture in use, stress and fatigue analysis is done for it. Constructing transverse rod finite element model, and analyzing stress using MSC.Nastran,and analyzing fatigue life using MSC.Fatigue. Although its max stress has exceeded the yield stress, its fatigue life is satisfied to design.
