There were defined the hemodynamics peculiarities of extracranial carotid arteries and circle of Willis arteries, as well as their correlations in patients with glaucoma. Degree of manifestation of glaucoma opticoneuropathy correlated with bloodstream levels. At high peak systolic speeds in internal carotid, anterior and middle cerebral arteries there was observed more preserved nerve fiber layer of peripapillary retina.
