Effects of 10 fungicides on conidial germination of Conidiobolus thromboides Drechsler

2004
The effects of 10 fungicides on conidial gemination of Conidiobolus thromboides Drechsler at two concentrations werw tested .The reselts showed that different fungicides had different inhibition effects on conidial germination. Increasing the concentration of these fungicides resulted in increased inhibition .Carbendazim and propamocarb hydrochloride had the lowest effects on the spores of C.thromboides, suggesting a good candidate for combined use of fungicides and fungal insecticides ,The effects of prochloraz manganese chloride complex ,mancozeb .chlorothalonil on spore germination were the highest ,and the spore germination rates were zero at two concentrations .At low concentration ,pyrimethanil ,procymidone ,and propiconazole had good compatibility with C .thromboides 24-48 hours later ,and the spore germination rates showed no significant differences with the control .But at lethal concentration of fungicides .the spore germination rates were 12.45%,0,0,respectively after 48 hours .Other fungicides had different inhibition effects on the spore germination at different time and concentrations.
