Propuesta de indicadores y estadísticas de graduados en el nivel de educación superior

The present research has as main objective to design a set of indicators and statistics graduates with socio-economic approach that responds to the needs of human resources information that forms on the level of higher education. A mixed methodological design, which allows secondary data collection and analysis of both categorical and quantifying qualitative and quantitative data on education indicators and statistics used. The total population of study is defined by all the titles of the graduates of undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, masters and doctorate from the University of Panama in 2014 (N = 7679). In the results, the proposed indicators are presented, with model data sheets and recommendations for modifying the form of graduates, including variables that allow data collection to obtain indicators such as satisfaction with their careers, Academic Mobility, Networks social, satisfaction with their jobs, Impact of Race. 27 indicators in four dimensions were formulated, taking into account international guidelines established by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
