Etude du diagramme de phase du systeme CuTe dans le domaine de la solution solide Cu2 − x Te (0 < × < 0, 16)

Abstract Differential thermal analysis has been used to study the phase diagramm of the CuTe system from 30°C to 600°C, the concentration measurements cover the range from Cu 1,84 Te to Cu 1,985 Te where the α″ phase exists. In particular this analysis completes a previous study of the electrical conductivity variation which was able to show the different phases transformations.
