Силовые характеристики cферических сегментов из сплавов Ti-Ni с памятью формы

2010
The papers are devoted to the researching of the changing laws of force parameters, developed in the spherical segments material at heating depending on the overheating temperature and the stress concentrators' presence. It is shown that the spherical segments overheating in relation to the reverse martensitic transformation temperature (Af) by 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 … 600 °С have a significant effect on the impact force and the reactive forces. In particular, free (unrestrained) spherical segments, overheated (annealed) at the mentioned temperatures, recover the shape with a jump (clap) and an impact on the dynamometer. The spherical segments overheating in restrained state cause the decreasing of the force parameters. The shape memory effect is suppressed completely at the annealing temperature of (200-250) °С. The notches of the length > 1.0 mm on the segments edges cause the germinal cracks forming and its extension.
