This project presents the results of the integration of Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems at work for the company Pasteurizadora La Mejor SA, which seeks to optimize resources in the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, have related items or that allow an integration avoiding excess information to take relevant actions. In addition, the Integrated Management System allows us to advance efficiently, the integration has the benefit of communicating work areas to achieve the proposed goals and likewise, that all parties are informed of what is happening and thus generate continuous improvement.
