Bu olgu sunumunda primer olarak orijini nasomaksiller bolgede bulunan bir vaka sunuldu; histopatolojisi, klinik okalizasyon, tam, ayirici tani ve tumore ait isimler tartisildi. Bu Vaka isliginde literatur gozden gecirildi.
