Disposable pretreated auto-destruct urine sampler and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a disposable pretreated auto-destruct urine sampler and a manufacturing method thereof. The sampler is formed by connecting a dustproof cap (1) (shown as an attached map), a screw head (2), a sampling tube (3), a porous micro bubble sampling column (4), a silicone rubber plug (5) connected with a flat wooden pull rod (7), and a fixing nut (6). The disposable pretreated auto-destruct urine sampler disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the urine collection operation is simple and convenient, the sampler is sanitary and safe, the sterility, uniqueness and special structure and functions are guaranteed, the concentration of an urine antibody (antigen) is over 90 percent of that of the original urine when the urine is preserved at room temperature for over a week, and the accuracy, self-detection convenience and anonymous mail inspection privacy are guaranteed during urine antibody (antigen) detection. A novel method is provided for urine collection and storage.
