Synthesis of Bi2Te3 Urchin‐Like Nanorods by a Microwave—Solvothermal Method.

Bi2Te3 nanospheres with diameters of 50—500 nm are prepared by microwave-heating of poly(ethylene glycol) solutions containing Bi(NO3)3, TeO2, and aqueous HNO3 (autoclave, 1.2 MPa, 180 °C, 15 min).
