A composite material and preparation of a polycarbonate

The present invention discloses a composite material and a method for preparing polycarbonate. This polycarbonate composite material, in parts by weight, the following constituents: 50 to 95 parts of an aromatic polycarbonate, aliphatic polycarbonate 5 to 50 parts, from 0.1 to 0.3 parts of primary antioxidant, secondary 0.1 to 2 parts of antioxidant, 0 to 10 parts inorganic powder, a plasticizer, 0 to 5 parts. The method of preparing the composite material, comprising the steps of: a) an aromatic polycarbonate and aliphatic polycarbonate were dried 4 to 30 hours at 50 ~ 120 ℃; 2) mixing the components; 3) twin-screw extruder a molten mixture of step (2) is extruded, pelletized. Polycarbonate composite materials of the present invention without adding any compatible agent and the elastomer, high impact strength and good processing flowability, and also has a portion biodegradable properties; aliphatic polycarbonate used in chemical structure and molecular weight of the flexible and adjustable , according to actual application needs, to obtain a series of polycarbonate composite material.
