Study on the spinning technique of coloured trilobal polyester staple

By analyzing the rheological beheviour of PETmelt after adding masterbatch,the effect of masterbatch onmelt rheological behaviour and spinnability was studied.The characteristics of coloured trilobal fiber were analysed.Using the technology route of blending normal PETchip with masterbatch to spinning the coloured trilobal PETsta-ple was successfully developed.
