Model of the Two Dimensional Electron System in the Ceramic Superconductivity

1987
The mechanism of the high-Tc ceramic superconductivity is discussed by using a model of the 2D electron lattice and also the percolation theory, where the 2D electron system in atom layers and also in the grain boundaries in the crystal plays an important role. The behavior between the onset temperature and the zero resistivity temperature can be explained by this model.
