Acute Hydrophilic-Polymer Nephropathy and Acute Renal Failure

This letter reports a case of acute kidney injury and hydrophilic polymer emboli to the kidneys after a vascular intervention, findings that suggest that iatrogenic embolization of coating from stents may occur.
