The clinical research of microsurgical treatment on glioma

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the microsurgical treatment on glioma.Methods Retrospective analysis the effect of microsurgical resection on glioma,which is diagnosed ac-cording to CT,MR-chip measurement results.Results 90 cases of glioma patients,there were 73 cases of tumor in completely excision(81.1%),11 examples in the inferior total excision(12.2%) and 6 cases in subtotal excision(6.7%).Postoperative follow-up found 44 cases recovered to normal working and living(51.2%),17 cases can be self-care(19.8%),8 cases of life can not take care of themselves(9.3%),12 cases recurred(14.0%),5 death cases(5.8%).Conclusion There are many advantages use of microsurgical treatment on glioma,such as high rate of resection,small brain damage,good postoperative recovery,and significant improved quality of life,which is worthy to be popularized.
