Случай манифестации сахарного диабета i типа эпилептическим статусом

We have presented the case of manifestation of diabetes mellitus type 1 with epileptic status. The disease was diagnosed on the fifth day with hyperglycemia, ketonaemia, glycosuria, ketonuria. The outcome of this case was satisfactory. We discuss different causes of untypical beginning of the disease.
