The Perspective of Job Requirements on Teaching Reform of the CIM Major

To make information management personnel more in line with job requirements of the times, the paper takes the major of computer information management in higher vocational and technical institutions for example to re-examine the professional training objectives and curriculum system. By analyzing the training requirements of the new era and the ideas of professional settings, it points out the computer information management professionals should be educated as the comprehensive model of knowledge and ability, which is based on the actual job requirements, takes knowledge, ability and quality as the core of development. And this paper focuses on the requirements from the job of the professional quality to probe into the teaching reform, emphasizes the overall quality of the training of students, rather than the traditional purely on professional skills development.
