Toil and trouble?: Should residents be allowed to moonlight?: NO

Moonlighting has been a controversial topic for decades. Moonlighting can be defined as holding more than 1 job or taking a second job to supplement one’s daytime earnings. I am opposed to moonlighting, and I believe the practice is detrimental to the training of family physicians and specialists
