Permanent magnet coreless brushless motor

2014
The invention discloses a permanent magnet coreless brushless motor comprising a housing, a stator and a rotor. The stator and the rotor sleeve a spindle. The stator is composed of an armature winding disc in a coreless structure. The rotor is composed of yokes, each which comprises a plurality of magnets. The yokes and the armature winding disc are both in disc structures. The yokes are arranged on left and right sides of the armature winding disc respectively. Air gaps between the armature winding disc and the yokes on two sides thereof are equal in magnetic density. The magnets on the yokes are in one-to-one correspondence; each adjacent two of the magnets are opposite in polarity; the magnets on the yokes form an axial magnetic field; the magnets on each yoke are evenly distributed on the yoke in a circle in an alternate N-S pole form. The permanent magnet coreless brushless motor is small in size and light in weight; through the coreless armature structure, cogging torque and iron loss of the traditional motor can be effectively avoided.
