Microporous MEMS acoustic array sensor and use method thereof

The present invention provides a microporous MEMS acoustic array sensor and a use method thereof. The sensor comprises an MEMS acoustic array, an acoustic signal preprocessor, a microcontroller and a microprocessor connected in order. The MEMS acoustic array comprises multiple MEMS microphones which are in central symmetry and uniform distribution. The acoustic signal preprocessor comprises multiple paths of filters which are correspondingly connected to the MEMS microphones one to one and a multi-channel gain adjustment module which is connected to each filter. The microcontroller comprises an AD conversion module and an anti-false-alarm module which are connected mutually. The microprocessor comprises a target detection module, a signal enhancement module, a classified identification module and a DOA estimation module connected in order. The sensor of the invention has the advantages of low power consumption, a small size and light weight.
