Análise das frequências dos polimorfismos I/D do Gene da enzima conversora de angiotensina I (eca I) e r577x do gene actn3 em Jogadores de Futebol americano

2019
The purpose of this study was to analyze the frequency of the I / D polymorphism of the ACE I gene and the R577X polymorphism of the ACTN3 gene in soccer players. Twenty-two amateur athletes were evaluated, the diagnosis of the ACE I polymorphism was performed by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), in the identification of the R577X polymorphism of the ACTN3 the products amplified by PCR were digested by the restriction enzyme DdeI. The results indicated the genotype frequency of (36%) II, (55%) ID and (9%) DD (p = 0.178) and allelic frequency of 53% I and 47% D (p = 0.058) of RCT I. For the ACTN3, RR (41%) RX and (36%) XX (p = 0.07) were identified in the allele frequency, 43% R and 57% X (p = 0.064) were identified in the frequency of the presence (RR or RX) or absence (XX) of the alpha-actinin-3 protein, the results indicated 67% RR / RX and 33% XX (p = 0.025). The results indicate that the frequency of ACE I genotypes differed from findings in other studies, as well as the frequency of ACTN3 gene genotypes in European, North American and South and Southeastern Brazilian populations, corroborating with results found in investigations conducted in the Asian continent.
