The invention discloses a power generator of a catalytic combustion gas turbine, comprising a gas filter, a compressor, a heat regenerator, a catalytic combustion chamber, a turbine and a generator, wherein the gas exhaust port of the gas filter is connected with the gas inlet of the compressor, the gas exhaust port of the compressor is connected with the heated gas inlet of the heat regenerator, the heated gas outlet of the heat regenerator is connected with the gas inlet of the catalytic combustion chamber, the gas exhaust port of the catalytic combustion chamber is connected with the gas inlet of the turbine, and the gas exhaust port of the turbine is connected with the heated gas inlet of the heat regenerator. According to the invention, the heat of the exhaust gas from the turbine is absorbed by the heat regenerator to heat mine ventilation air methane, thus the energy utilization rate of low-heating value gases can be greatly raised; the catalytic combustion chamber is filled with multi-level catalysts, thus different catalysts can be added according to the reaction process of the ventilation air methane, and the ventilation air methane can be combusted completely; and the types of all devices in the power generator and the selection of the parameters are reasonable, thus the generating efficiency of power generator is high, and the greenhouse gasses emission is low.
