In the present article, it is shown the design of management indicators on social responsibility, applicable to productive units on the bamboo production link in natural forests. This design was conducted obeying to the concerts from the interest groups of the production link, taking into count their expectations, and the indicators selection given by the ISO standard 26000. The result from the present work was the indicator structuring from the administrative, environmental, social and economic components, as well as the management cycle, planning, doing, verifying, and acting, posing improvement strategies to the accomplishment of this indicators on each productive unit.
