The invention provides a double-characteristic three-phase motor with matching of double rotors and a single stator, comprising a stator, a cage rotor and a synchronous rotor, wherein the two rotors are sleeved on a motor rotating shaft in series, the stator is sleeved on the periphery of the two rotors, the cage rotor is arranged at the front end of the motor rotating shaft, the synchronous rotor is arranged at the tail end of the motor rotating shaft, and the relative distance between the two rotors is 1.5-25mm in an axial direction. The three-phase motor adopts a double-rotor technology that the single stator is matched with the cage rotor and the rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous rotor, integrates the performances of an asynchronous motor and the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, has the advantages of large magnetic-field intensity, large starting moment, small starting current, light weight, high efficiency, high power factor, energy saving, low noise, smooth operation, long service life, and the like and has excellent performance no matter in a low-speed state or a high-speed state.
