The Role of Secondary Interactions in the Asymmetric Palladium-Catalysed Hydrosilylation of Olefins with Monophosphane Ligands

A structure-activity survey of monophosphane ligands used in the asymmetric palladium-catalysed hydrosilylation reaction of olefins is presented and used to assess the role of secondary interactions on catalyst activity and selectivity.
